Sonic Boom Attack v2.0 (Structure FIle)

Description

On my previous version of Sonic Boom Attack Command, it can only be shoot horizontally, it will just go straight to the same Y axis on where it was launched. But I found a way how you can shoot it diagonally/vertically, so now you could say that it can now shoot in any direction you want. 

But take note, the commands might fail if you shoot it near the void or near the height limit. 

This command is tested in 1.19.11
